Recommended Usage: 1-10%. up to 15%
Solubility: Soluble in water at 190°C to 192 °C
Precaution: L-Ascorbic Acid is very unstable. As soon as you put it in water, it will start oxidizing. It is best used fresh every day. It can be made substantially more stable if your formula contains a large percentage of Ferulic Acid or EDTA which will also help stabilize it.
